Legal entities of all forms of ownership and individual entrepreneurs who produce, import, and sell socially important essential goods on the domestic market should not allow an increase in prices for these goods until February 28 compared to the prices in effect on February 24. In the absence of goods on this date - on the previous one (excluding price reductions during events aimed at promoting goods and attracting customers).

From March 1, the change in prices for socially important essential goods cannot exceed 0.2% per month to the price for these goods that prevailed on the last day of the previous month. If the product was not sold - to the price of the product of the same variety and packaging.

An increase in prices above the established limit is allowed only upon agreement with the Commission on State Regulation of Price Formation under the Council of Ministers.
