Analogue of the device Chizhova Elex-7

Analogue of Chizhova's device "Elex-7" - device for determination of humidity of food raw materials and products. Allows you to perform drying of food raw materials and products at a given temperature for the required time. By the results of weighing before and after drying the calculation of humidity. Chizhova's analog "Elex-7" consists of a block for drying samples of food raw materials and an electronic control and monitoring unit.

 

Drying unit consists of upper and lower heating plates connected with hinges, which allows opening the upper plate with the help of a handle when placing a package with a sample of food raw materials. The temperature sensor, connected by a cable to the electronic unit, is installed in the bottom plate. The electronic unit contains a node for regulating and controlling the temperature and a timer. it automatically heats the plates and maintains the set value of drying temperature. Switching on the timer is carried out immediately after putting a package with a sample of raw material into the drying block plates.
