Rosselkhoznadzor thanks to artificial intelligence revealed the production of products of unknown origin in the Moscow region

When analyzing the data on the object of control in the FSIS "Mercury" using analytical modules of artificial intelligence, it was found that Omega Group LLC produced fish cakes weighing 960 kg from raw material "frozen pollock glazed" weighing 1,860 kg, i.e. the volume of manufactured products exceeds the volume of raw materials by 2 times.

Also, Omega Group LLC produced dumplings and cutlets with a total weight of 6,530 kg from raw materials “semi-finished products from pork, mechanically deboned poultry , single-grade beef blocks” with a total weight of 1,504 kg, i.e. the volume of manufactured products exceeds the volume of raw materials by 4 times.

Thus, Omega Group LLC put into circulation fish and MEAT products, the origin and safety of which cannot be established.

This fact is a violation of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Veterinary Medicine" and the technical regulations of the EAEU "On Food Safety".

In June 2023, the Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR of Omega Group LLC issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements.
