In the Vladimir, Kostroma and Ivanovo regions, over 50 violations were detected during the execution of veterinary documents using artificial intelligence in a week

During the specified period, during the monitoring using artificial intelligence, 54 violations were confirmed committed by authorized persons of business entities and state veterinarians when issuing an eVSD in April 2023, including:

-lack of information about raw materials used in production;

- change of expiration dates;

- discrepancy between the amount of raw materials and the resulting products (distortion of traceability).

Thus, an authorized person of Gavrilovskiye Syry LLC (Ivanovo region) issued production certificates for 197 kg of cheese produced without specifying information about the raw materials used. The identified violations do not ensure the traceability of controlled products, which poses a potential threat of harm to human life and HEALTH. The authorized person was issued a warning and a warning was announced in the FSIS "VetIS.Passport".

In addition, it was found that the veterinarian assigned to the Kovrovsky Krobit LLC enterprise operating in the Vladimir Region issued a veterinary accompanying document for rabbit by-products (chilled liver, in the amount of 49 kg, production date 03/29/2023, good until 04/02/2023). At the same time, during the production transaction, the veterinarian extended the shelf life of these products until 04/06/2023.

Based on the facts of the revealed violations, employees of the Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the Vladimir, Kostroma and Ivanovo regions announced 17 warnings about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements. In addition, warnings were issued to three authorized persons in the FSIS “VetIS.Passport”. Information letters were sent to the subject veterinary services about violations committed by veterinary specialists. The product was not put into circulation.
