As of May 14, 2021, the USDA reports that the average cost of pork products in the US market has fallen by $0.49. Over the past week, there was an increase in prices only for ribs (+8.01$), carbonade (+7.6$) and ham (+5.05$).

 Lean hog futures on the CME tumbled on technical selling and weak weekly pork EXPORT sales. The USDA reported US pork sales for the week ending May 6 at 14,745 tons, a three-week low. CHINA booked 3,048 tons and shipped 12,344 tons.
