Rostov region: more than 27 tons of poultry meat shipped to Saudi Arabia

All batches of poultry products intended for EXPORT to the largest state of the Arabian Peninsula in the period from February 1 to February 7 were controlled by specialists from the administration of the Rostov, Volgograd and Astrakhan regions and the Republic of Kalmykia. 

The check was carried out at the Millerovsky veterinary clearance point. Sample analysis was carried out in the Rostov reference center of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR and in a number of specialized laboratories that have passed accreditation. The quality and safety of the goods, as well as their full compliance with the requirements of the State Food Procurement Agency (SAGO) and the General Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) of Saudi Arabia, are confirmed by research protocols and veterinary accompanying documents. The exporter received permission to supply through the automated system "Argus".

From the beginning of 2023 to February 7, inspectors of the territorial department of Rosselkhoznadzor accompanied the shipment from the Rostov region to foreign markets of six batches of MEAT and meat products with a total weight of 128 tons. Seven veterinary certificates have been issued.
