How we work on non-working days

The final decision has not been made, so there are no clarifications on the work of the companies from the authorities yet. But if non-working days are officially announced, the recommendations of the Ministry of Labor are unlikely to differ from those in May.
On non-working days from May 4 to May 7, the main recommendations for workers and employers were as follows:

— Employees of organizations that work remotely can continue to work. The meaning of non-working days is in the fight against the spread of COVID-19, so “remote work” is only welcome.
- How many employees need to be brought to work physically, companies must decide for themselves. For example, owners of food stores, heads of continuous production enterprises should issue relevant orders.
- In organizations where there is no production on non-working days, the employer must formalize the exit of those employees who are responsible for compliance with mandatory standards: industrial and transport security, anti-terrorism protection.
- Work on non-working days is paid in the usual, not increased amount. Unless the employer decides otherwise.
— Companies cannot cut salaries due to non-working days.
