With the help of FSIS "Mercury" in Bashkortostan, 32 violations of registration of veterinary certificates were detected at the end of May

So, on May 22, 2023, the state veterinarian of the State Budgetary Institution "Baltachevskaya District Veterinary Station of the Republic of Bashkortostan" did not indicate data on controlled goods used as raw materials.

A similar violation was committed by an authorized person of JSC "UFA MEAT CANNING FACTORY", which issued 4 eVSD for meat products "Trimmed pork (70/30; chilled, own production)" in the total volume of 211 kg without data indicating raw materials. This fact testifies to the introduction of meat products into the sale in violation of the principle that can be traced during its production.

In addition, the facts of issuing an eVSD for products with an extended shelf life through the “production / processing” transaction were established. On May 23, 2023,
IE Baitler S.I. issued an eVSD for Ghee Butter products - with a total weight of 474.72 kg with an extended shelf life.

Also, on May 25, 2023, IP Vereshchagin A.A. issued an eVSD for meat products "Minced meat for Moscow cutlets" - in the amount of 18.8 kg. These products were used as raw materials with a shelf life of up to 05/30/2023, and the finished products are already indicated with an extended shelf life until 03.06.23.

These actions lead to violations of the mandatory requirements of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Veterinary Medicine" and the Federal Law "On the Quality and Safety of Food Products".

Based on the identified violations, the Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR in the Republic of Bashkortostan issued 9 warnings about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements, warnings were sent to FSIS VetIS to four users, and registration to FSIS Mercury was suspended for three users for a period of 10 days.
