August 10, Shklovsky district. On August 10, President of Belarus ALEXANDER LUKASHENKO continued his working trip to the Shklovsky district of the Mogilev region, BELTA reports. At the meeting with the participation of the HEAD of state, the development concept of the Kupalovskoye holding will be discussed in detail. This topic the day before, on August 9, was also among those discussed, where they talked about the effective development of agricultural production in the gross-generating Shklov and Orsha regions.
The head of state recalled that at one time it was from the Shklov region that village reform began. And not because this is the small homeland of the President. “But because I knew every corner, every field here. And it was difficult to get around me in something, to deceive me or not to say anything,” noted Alexander Lukashenko. Now the time has come for agriculture to take further steps forward, and this issue was again approached using the example of the work of the Shklovsky district, including the Kupalovskoye holding.

The President was offered to create a large agricultural complex in the Shklovsky district, but he did not rush into a decision. We are talking about the development of the Kupalovskoye agricultural holding with the participation in the new integration structure of OJSC Alexandriyskoye, CJSC ASB-Agro Gorodets and OJSC Shklov Butter Factory. The last three enterprises are part of the structure of the Administration of the President of Belarus.
“We propose to combine this into one structure,” reported the Administrative Manager of the President of Belarus, Yuri Nazarov. “If you agree, we will take Kupalovskoye into the structure of the Administration. This will be enough at the first stage. I believe that we will come to the agricultural complex where There will be strict centralization. We have studied the experience of the Dzerzhinsky agricultural complex in more detail. But we need to approach this structure by concentrating resources and optimizing resources.”
After an additional discussion of a number of points, Alexander Lukashenko voiced the following decision: “Let’s agree that you will think about this issue again. And it is advisable that there is not a single point of view, but at least someone doubts. I do not argue that it is necessary to combine the flows of raw materials. And we need to somehow combine financial flows: production, processing and trade. If trade is also involved... And we can definitely do this in Belarus, and RUSSIA will buy this product from us. The main thing is production. ".

Currently, the Aleksandriyskoye farm is the largest and most diversified enterprise in the Shklov region, and its peculiarity is the presence of its own processing facilities, which today is a key factor in the development of agro-industrial production. These processing facilities need to be modernized and new ones created. In addition to the reconstruction and modernization of existing production facilities, the construction of a new MILK processing plant is planned.
The second key task is to provide the livestock complex with its own feed, as well as all the processing facilities of the enterprise with guaranteed volumes of raw materials.

As the President was reported, there are currently commodity and raw materials connections between the enterprises of the Shklovsky district (members of the agricultural holding Kupalovskoye, Aleksandriyskoye, ASB-Agro Gorodets and the Shklov Butter Factory), but each of them is focused on closing first turn of your needs. It is proposed to consider the option of merging enterprises into a single integration structure - an agricultural complex. The resource potential of this agricultural complex will be impressive: the area of farmland is almost 43 thousand hectares, or 59% of the area of agricultural organizations in the region.
It is assumed that the unification of these enterprises into a single structure will make it possible, at the first stage, after optimizing the sown areas, to provide the livestock industry with almost full demand for feed of its own production, including grain, by 2028. The issue of providing the MEAT processing complex of OJSC Alexandriyskoye and the new milk processing enterprise with guaranteed and high-quality raw materials will be resolved.

The new integration structure, if Alexander Lukashenko supports this proposal, is planned to be created in 2 stages. At the first stage, in 2024-2028, the Kupalovskoye agricultural holding will become subordinate to the Presidential Administration and will include Alexandriyskoye, ASB-Agro Gorodets and the Shklov butter factory.

Subsequently, at the second stage, it is proposed to create a vertically integrated structure - an agricultural complex, which will function as a single technological chain for the production and sale of agro-industrial products with high added value.

The discussion at the meeting also focused on resolving the housing issue to secure personnel in the agricultural complex and, in general, establishing order in all farms and increasing work efficiency.
