The Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor in the Novgorod Region controlled the export of the first batches of pate in 2023

Chicken, duck, goose and turkey liver and poultry liver pates with butter, produced by a Novgorod company, were checked by an official of the department for compliance with all veterinary and sanitary requirements of the importing country to which the products were sent. Based on the results of the measures taken, the department issued veterinary certificates.

This year, this is the first EXPORT of this type of regional products. In 2022, 16.2 tons of pates were exported from the Novgorod region.
