Specialists of the Department of Veterinary and Sanitary Expertise found MEAT without beef in the Veal sausage, which was stated in the labeling, the press service of the department reported. 

Boiled sausage occupies a leading position among other products in terms of output. Even before the sale, the manufacturer (or importer) is obliged to ensure that the product labeling complies with existing standards.
Labeling of boiled sausages (sausages, small sausages, etc.) should include information of the following nature: product name, name of the manufacturing company indicating its location, composition, etc. 

The type of main raw material (beef, pork, bacon and others) and auxiliary raw materials are indicated, which include FLOUR, starch, spices, water, food additives in descending order of percentage.

The manufacturer should pay attention to the fact that the product packaging must contain only reliable information that does not mislead the consumer. Otherwise, fixing the facts of violation of legislative norms in the field of labeling may lead to administrative liability.
