On April 28, the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation got acquainted with the work of several workshops of the plant of the Damate group of companies, examined samples of finished products and learned about the company's development plans. In particular, the HEAD of the cabinet of ministers discussed with the chairman of the board of directors of the group of companies Naum Babayev the possibility of using various equipment. Mikhail Mishustin was also presented with samples of MEAT products produced at the plant, the packaging of which ensures their safety and attractive presentation.
“We don’t need to hamper, it seems that this is a trifle, but this is not a trifle. If you bought something, because there was a free market, but we can create it ourselves, it seems to me that this is a very important direction, we should not be shy about looking for suppliers,” noted Prime Minister. "Naum Aleksandrovich, promise to look for suppliers that are as Russian as possible in order to buy from packaging to production lines," he turned to Babaev. According to the Prime Minister, for this the state should "provide all the tools to support." He also recommended starting to think about the supply of products to the markets of friendly countries.
Mikhail Mishustin admitted that the factory tour was very interesting for him. "It is very difficult to engage in animal husbandry in this century, but what I saw today shows that this can be done very effectively and very quickly," the prime minister said. "It takes about four hours from the start of harvesting to the output of finished products, this is today one of the fastest options for the operation of such plants," the head of the cabinet of ministers estimated.
