The administration of Khanty-Mansiysk is trying through the COURT to expedite the commissioning of a multi-storey building being built by Verso-Monolith Invest.
The lawsuit was filed by the directorate for the maintenance of the property of the treasury of Khanty-Mansiysk. Her demand is to hand over a multi-storey building in the Irtysh residential area, which is an object of shared construction, by the end of July this year. The building has 181 apartments.
According to court documentation, the area of unfinished premises is more than nine thousand square meters, Pravda UrFO reports.
The city administration also insisted on arresting the land plot on which the residential quarter is located. However, the court did not uphold this claim.
“The court is not entitled to take interim measures if the applicant has not substantiated the reasons for filing an application for securing a claim with specific circumstances confirming the need for interim measures, and has not provided evidence confirming his arguments,” the court’s website says.
