The Tazovsky agricultural cooperative plans to double the production of reindeer stew.
The first MEAT processing workshop of the SPK Tazovsky was opened in the summer of 2020. it daily produces up to 100 kilograms of smoked venison, semi-finished products and canned food. The company produces about 8,000 cans of stew per month.
Now the cooperative is building a second modular workshop, which will be launched this year. The assortment is planned to include sausage products. To expand the assets of SEC "Tazovsky" received a district grant in the amount of 15 million rubles. The volume of output is expected to increase to 50 tons per year.
