The main violations recorded by the agency's monitoring group were:
- certification of products with advanced production dates and expired shelf life;
- violations in the “traceability” of products (production of products without raw materials), production of products from an illogical volume of raw materials, introduction of products into circulation through inventory or paper VSD;
- lack of information about the results of the veterinary and sanitary examination and indication of false information about the veterinary and sanitary examination;
- extension of shelf life through the transaction "processing / production", non-compliance of the declared mode of transportation with the requirements established by law;
- untimely "extinguishment" of eVSD by business entities, etc.

So, for example, in March, an authorized person of IP Lenkova L.V. issued eVSD for frozen fish products. However, according to the "Mercury" system, the method of storage during the transportation of semi-finished products is indicated as "chilled". Thus, the authorized person of the entrepreneur entered information that does not correspond to the declared mode of transportation of products, the requirements established by law, and violates the procedure for issuing an eVSD and may lead to the release into circulation of poor-quality and dangerous products of animal origin.

On this fact, the registration of an authorized person of an economic entity in the FSIS "Mercury" has been suspended. The entrepreneur was warned about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements and was asked to continue to carry out his actions in accordance with the law.

Also, as part of the analysis of data from the Mercury system, at the site of LLC Mikhailovsky Rybozavod, in March, the fact that an authorized person issued an eVSD for fish products with an advance production date was recorded. The advance production date distorts the actual production date of the product and does not allow to fully identify the product, as well as the actual shelf life of the product itself. On this fact, the registration of an authorized person in the Mercury system has been suspended. A warning was sent to the legal entity about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements and it was proposed to continue to carry out its actions in accordance with the law.

In addition, the department also recorded the facts of extending the shelf life of finished products. So, for example, in April, at the site of RPE Russkiy Bereg LLC, an authorized person extended the shelf life of a batch of frozen fish products (mullet and goby) through the production/processing transaction. Thus, this fact shows that the business entity entered knowingly false data and may lead to the release into circulation of poor-quality and dangerous products of animal origin. A warning was sent to the economic entity about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements when releasing fish products into circulation.

Registration of an authorized person in FSIS "Mercury" is suspended.

In total, in the current year, based on the results of the identified violations, officials of the department took the following measures:
- 600 warnings were sent to business entities about violations of mandatory requirements when issuing an eVSD;
- 289 authorized persons in FSIS "Mercury" were blocked and 13 accounts were canceled;
- in relation to 571 veterinary specialists who violated the requirements of the law when issuing an eVSD, information letters were sent to the Veterinary Department in order to take appropriate response measures within their competence;
- 2 veterinarians blocked by the Subject Veterinary Department;
- 2471 warnings were sent to business entities about the inadmissibility of violation of mandatory requirements.

In addition, as part of the monitoring and data analysis of the FSIS "Mercury", the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Office identified and suppressed the activities of 122 phantom sites for the production and circulation of products of animal origin. These sites are excluded by the department from the information system.

Based on all the established facts, information was sent to the Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Tax Service, the Veterinary Department and the territorial Departments of the Rosselkhoznadzor, in whose area of responsibility the recipients of the products are located, in order to take prompt measures within their competence.
