Production of canned cucumbers increased by 40% in Kabardino-Balkaria

Canning factories in Kabardino-Balkaria produced 52.6 million standard cans of canned cucumbers in 2021, exceeding the 2020 figure by more than 40%.
In the structure of canned fruits and vegetables produced, canned cucumbers account for 17% of all canned fruits and vegetables produced in Kabardino-Balkaria in 2021.
The products of the canning factories of Kabardino-Balkaria are produced both under their own brands and under the brands of well-known trademarks of RUSSIA, and are in high consumer demand.
In total, over the past year, 310 million conditional cans of canned fruits and vegetables left the conveyors of the canning factories of the KBR. The region continues to hold leadership in this indicator among the subjects of the North Caucasus Federal District.
