In the agricultural enterprises of the region, mechanization links have been formed, workshops for the repair of equipment are operating. The work is being carried out according to the schedule.
Last year, the agrarians of the Tomsk region significantly updated the fleet of equipment thanks to the regional state support for the modernization and technical re-equipment in crop production. The farms purchased more than 300 units of agricultural machinery worth more than 1.5 billion rubles: tractors, combines, seeding complexes, etc. The total amount of subsidies amounted to 355.5 million rubles; state support funds are used to reimburse the cost of highly efficient machinery, equipment and leasing objects.
According to the Department for Social and Economic Development of the Village, the share of tractors over 10 years old in Tomsk farms over the past 7 years has decreased from 70% to 51%, fodder equipment - from 48% to 24%, grain harvesting and grain drying - from 39% to 26% .
“According to the regional program, the purchase of Russian equipment is subsidized; on average, 30-50% of its cost is returned to the agricultural producer. Therefore, in the new conditions, using domestic machines, our farmers are protected from the imposed sanctions,” said Alexander Savenko, Deputy HEAD of the Department for Social and Economic Development of the Village of the Tomsk Region.
In 2023, 198.5 million rubles are allocated in the regional budget for the technical re-equipment of crop growers, of which 50 million rubles are to reimburse part of the costs of acquiring agricultural machinery and equipment for the production and storage of potatoes and open ground vegetables.
The largest supplier of agricultural machinery in the region is Tomskoblselkhoztechnika, a dealer of Rostselmash, whose products occupy the lion's share of the machine park of agricultural enterprises in the Tomsk region.
As Sevak Yavrumyan, DIRECTOR of Tomskoblselkhoztechnika, noted, Tomsk agricultural producers are in demand for the Rostselmash 2000 series tractors, the classics in the VECTOR 410 and ACROS 585 combine harvesters. In recent years, the demand for the RSM-161 combine harvester has been actively growing. Mounted, trailed equipment and adapters for agricultural machinery are always in demand.
“Rostselmash responded in a timely manner to changes in the political and economic situation in the country and took a number of preventive measures, the purpose of which was to provide the service departments with the necessary components as a priority. Therefore, current maintenance, minor repairs, installation of additional equipment, work on diagnosing readiness for the season are on schedule, without queues and hype,” Sevak Yavrumyan emphasized.
