One of the iconic brands for the region, Altai Cheese, is represented by Kiprino and SPSSK CharyshAgroProduct. The Altai Territory has its own centuries-old traditions of elite cheese making. As you know, cheesemaking in Altai has been going on for more than 120 years. Altai is a pioneer for many elite varieties of cheese. This was facilitated by natural conditions - soil features, herbs, clean air - all this endowed cheeses with unique properties and taste. Over the course of more than one hundred and twenty years, the cheese-making industry of the Altai Territory has taken a big step from handicraft to a modern industrial industry, mechanized and automated in all major technological processes.
The industry leader in the region is Kiprino. The values of the company are high technologies and responsibility. This name remained in the assortment of the dairy plant, and the name Zimarechye became its own trademark. With the increase in the volume of processed MILK, the company began to expand, its own agricultural enterprise for the production of milk appeared, then they created a supply and marketing agricultural consumer cooperative. He united milk deliverers - personal subsidiary and peasant farms and a milk processor. Own raw material base is a key advantage of Rikon LLC. Now there are already 3 cooperatives in different regions of the Altai Territory, covering more than 40 villages of Talmensky, Topchikhinsky and Aleisky districts. At the facilities of the Zimarevsky plant, everything assembledmilk is processed into the final product - cheese and butter .

Gingerbread is made according to an adapted original recipe of 1912 by Stepan Grigoryevich Oreshnikov, a gingerbread master from the city of Zmeinogorsk, Altai Territory. This gingerbread is not just a delicacy, but a part of the history and culture of Russia and the Altai Territory. The filling of the gingerbread is traditional Altai berries: sea buckthorn with a slight sourness, slightly bitter cranberries, black currants rich in vitamin C. For adherents of a healthy lifestyle, the company offers gingerbread with pantohematogen, the beneficial properties of which are known far beyond the borders of the region. The highlight is honey chocolate, which decorates the gingerbread. By the way, logos and images are made from it at the request of the customer.
OOO Specialist (Biysk) participates with "Altai cold-pressed oils". Today, the Altai Territory is rightfully considered one of the leading Russian regions in the production of vegetable oils. Currently, vegetable oils are produced by more than 50 enterprises in 26 districts of the region. Since 2010, the capacity for the production of vegetable oils has doubled, which made it possible to increase output by 3.3 times. This was facilitated by both the growing demand in the domestic market and the expansion of EXPORT supplies. At the same time, attention is drawn not only to the volume and quality of the oil produced, but also to the assortment. Altai vegetable oils from such crops as flax, pine nuts, sea buckthorn, pumpkin seeds and milk thistle are highly valued abroad. The main consumers of these oils are the CIS countries, Latvia, CHINA ,Germany , Israel. Altai companies produce vegetable oils by cold pressing on specialized presses. When oils are obtained by this method, the raw materials are not heated, so all the useful substances of the oils are preserved. Cold-pressed oils have a mild, delicate aroma and taste.
