Traditionally, in these parts, the population was engaged in beekeeping. After the collapse of the USSR, local residents, in their desire to earn money, decided to increase the volume of honey sold. However, with an increase in volumes, quality began to suffer, which ultimately led to sales difficulties.

To resolve this issue, a well-known Kazakh entrepreneur and philanthropist Baurzhan Ospanov at a general meeting of the villagers proposed to build a honey processing plant, where anyone can donate honey from a personal apiary. At the same time, Baurzhan put forward the conditions that honey should be only of the highest quality.

Farhat Tairovich Abuzyarov, one of the leading beekeepers of the district, was chosen as the DIRECTOR of the plant.

The vector of development of the enterprise was chosen correctly, over time, high-quality products began to be in great demand and began to make a profit. Gradually, the assortment expanded and new directions appeared: from the production of jam and freeze-dried products to the production of cosmetics, which recently received the “organic” certificate, which allowed the products to reach a new level of sales, and such well-known companies as, for example, AIR ASTANA became buyers.

This project can be called social in the grand sense of the word, since everyone benefits from cooperation: local residents get jobs and the opportunity to sell their products, the company - an increase in revenue, the country - high-quality products.

After visiting the factory, we were shown the local history museum, told about the difficult but very interesting history of this village, which, by the way, was once a city and even had its own sultan. The locals love their history so much and talk about it so well that the tour flew by in an instant.

On the same day, competitions among boxers for the prizes of famous Kazakh athletes Zhalimbek Alimkhan Uly and Kanat Islam were held at the Lepsinsk sports boarding school. We were invited as guests of honor and watched how the young pupils demonstrated their skills.

In the afternoon we watched the milking of camels and mares. Before the start of milking, the camel is closed in a separate paddock, and then it is released. And only after that, when the camel comes to the mother, the camel will give MILK . There are no other options to milk them.

The mares are in the corral along with the stallion as part of the school. The mares are led through the split, where they are fixed and milked with a goat milking machine made in Turkey. This is due to the fact that the pulsation for goats is 60 suctions per minute, which is also the same pulsation for mares. After milking, the mares are released along with the foals to graze in the pasture.

And in the late afternoon we attended a master class on cooking the national Kazakh dish, without which no national feast with dear guests is complete - kazy.
Kazy is made from horse ribs with fat at least two fingers thick, boiled in the gut.

So it turns out that the 24 ribs of the horse fit perfectly the entire length of the gut. There are two types of kazy: MEAT is put into the intestine with and without a bone. At the same time, all these difficult manipulations, from cutting the carcass to cooking and serving, are performed only by women.
