The Federal Air Transport Agency has extended the regime of temporary flight restrictions at 11 Russian airports, including Krasnodar, Anapa and Gelendzhik. This is stated on the website of the department.
The measure will be in effect until 03:45 May 7. The airports of Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk, Lipetsk, Rostov-on-Don, Simferopol and Elista will also remain closed.
Passenger transportation will continue to be carried out on alternative routes, through the nearest operating airports - Sochi, Stavropol and Mineralnye Vody.
As RBC Krasnodar reported, restrictions on the operation of a number of airports in southern RUSSIA were introduced on the morning of February 24 due to a special operation in Ukraine. Initially, the measure was valid until March 2, then it was repeatedly extended. The last time the restriction was extended until May 1.
