In Perm, a schoolgirl died after falling ice from the roof of a house

He is accused of committing a crime under paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet the requirements of the safety of life and health of consumers, which negligently caused serious harm to human health).
