The Federal Air Transport Agency extended the temporary restriction on flights from airports in southern RUSSIA until 03:45 on April 13. This is stated on the website of the department.

In the Krasnodar Territory, the airports of Krasnodar, Anapa and Gelendzhik remain closed. Restrictions are also maintained for the airports of Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk, Lipetsk, Rostov-on-Don, Simferopol and Elista.

Sochi Air Harbor will continue to serve flights as usual. Also, Mineralnye Vody and Stavropol airports remain alternative destinations for a possible departure.

As RBC Krasnodar reported, the Federal Air Transport Agency imposed restrictions on the operation of a number of airports in southern Russia on the morning of February 24 due to a special operation in Ukraine. Initially, they were valid until 3:45 on March 2, later they were repeatedly extended. The last time the restriction was extended until April 7.
