In the Ulyanovsk region, with the help of FGIS "Mercury", a scheme for the illogical movement of meat products was identified

it was established that Promkombinat LLC reduced the period for clearing VSD for a batch of controlled goods by more than half compared to the average period for clearing VSD issued when moving controlled goods by a similar vehicle along a similar route.

Thus, an authorized person of Promkombinat LLC repaid the VSD for a frozen broiler chicken carcass in the amount of 53 kg 26 minutes from the moment the VSD was issued. Note that the distance between the point of departure (Ulyanovsk) and the point of arrival (Karsun) is 95 km, and the estimated time for a vehicle to travel this route is 1 hour 18 minutes.

Thus, the authorized person of Promkombinat LLC canceled the VSD prematurely before receiving the goods, that is, in fact, acceptance was not carried out. This movement of products between business entities over an illogical period of time violated the traceability system.

In order to prevent further similar violations, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Office issued a warning to the business entity about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of veterinary legislation, and sent a warning to the authorized person.

In total, since the beginning of 2024 , in the Ulyanovsk region, 37 business entities, 9 of which are socially significant institutions, committed violations of cancellation rules when registering more than 12 thousand eVSD.

The operation “Extinguishing VSD” is intended to confirm the receipt of products at their destination. According to the rules of veterinary certification, extinguishing of VSD must be carried out within one working day after acceptance of the transport batch of regulated goods at the destination.
