How the Minsk region works with personnel in the livestock industry, Vladimir Kapustin, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Agriculture and Food of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, told during the topic “Increasing the economic efficiency of the livestock industry (development strategy, scientific support, product processing).”

“We pay great attention to working with personnel, in particular, to retaining young specialists in the field. Since February of this year, in each region of the region we have held more than 10 round tables on this topic with young people. We have organized excursions to our best livestock breeding facilities and processing plants " , - emphasized the deputy chairman of the Committee on Agriculture and Food of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee.

He also spoke about the organization of week-long training courses at the Sosnovy Bor sanatorium for livestock breeders in the region. “We invite our employees to training and HEALTH improvement. During this period, specialists from agricultural organizations in the industry undergo a medical examination and rehabilitation course, and also improve their knowledge. To ensure the educational process, we invite the best university lecturers (NPC NAS of Belarus for Livestock Husbandry, BSAA, BSATU) and experienced specialists from agricultural organizations. We mainly hold such events from September to June,” added Vladimir Kapustin.

Among other things, livestock breeders in the Minsk region are aimed at studying foreign experience and exchanging practices with the Russian Federation. “Four groups have already gone to St. Petersburg , Kaliningrad and Krasnodar for training. We plan to organize internships in other regions of RUSSIA. I would like to note that this set of activities increases economic efficiency. Also, throughout the calendar year, our country also hosts various delegations from the CIS countries ", summarized the deputy chairman of the Committee on Agriculture and Food of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee.
