The flow of visitors did not dry up throughout the days of the exposition: it was unprecedentedly large, as was the range of new products that fully corresponded to market demand at the Atlantis-Pak stand. 

In the segment of sausage casings, the company presented a worthy alternative to collagen: the new products IPill Pro and iCall, and in the segment of permeable sausage casings - iCel Premium Pro, iCel Prestige and Diplex Naturex.

Atlantis-Pak employees told the stand guests in detail about the properties of Amistyl SPP high-barrier films. In particular, about the universal materials Amistyl SRR-25 and Amistyl SPP-40, shown for the first time at AGROPRODMASH-2023 - the thinnest films for sealing trays made of polypropylene and trays with a polyethylene welding layer. 

Visitors showed undoubted interest in the new films Amistyle VR-90-E and Amistyle VR-120-E with improved thermoforming properties for working on the most complex formats. Due to their relaxation properties, they performed excellently when packing loaves with an oblique cut. In addition, the public was shown an imitation of a label and double-sided printing on Amistyl films.

Anna Eliseeva, senior product manager at Atlantis-Pak, said that the main focus of the target audience was on films for sealing trays: with the rapid growth in the production of ready-made food and semi-finished products, this packaging technology is experiencing a boom, and almost all MEAT processors are ready to invest in it. Due to its versatility, everyone can find tray packaging equipment to suit their pocket - from a tabletop manual sealer to large automatic lines.

In her commentary on the market situation, Anna Eliseeva noted that there is no shortage of trays in Russia: they are produced from domestic raw materials in sufficient quantities. But there are no manufacturers of high-quality modern environmentally friendly films for sealing trays in the country, except for Atlantis-Pak. It is not surprising that they were so popular, not only among the company’s long-time customers, but also among manufacturers who were not previously familiar with Atlantis-Pak products.

HEAD of the Marketing Service Artyom Tatarov added that Atlantis-Pak not only attracted the attention of visitors to AGROPRODMASH-2023, but provoked a fundamental change in the traditional attitude towards plastic packaging. According to him, now it is important not to miss the interest of consumers and to quickly work out all agreements: produce and provide samples, conduct tests, provide all the necessary information and technical support.

The exhibition program included a round table “Industrial tray packaging ”, at which Artyom Tatarov made a presentation “Current solutions in the Atlantis-Pak line of high-barrier films”.

Head of the innovative development service Vladimir Kostrub said that during the four days of the exhibition, specialists managed to hold meetings with numerous clients, suppliers of raw materials and equipment, receive feedback from customers on the use of packaging materials and current requests first-hand. As a result, plans for testing, implementation and joint development with other companies emerged.

In honor of the company’s 30th anniversary, a festive surprise was prepared for regular customers - memorable awards for many years of fruitful cooperation. In the photo zone equipped at the stand, they were presented by top managers of Atlantis-Pak, and long-time partners, in turn, congratulated the team on this significant date.

An example of joint projects was a sample of high-barrier film for red fish from the Atlantis-Pak film consumer - a successful result of exhibitions and effective negotiations in previous years.

Deputy DIRECTOR for Sales and Marketing Nikolai Gushchin stated that the AGROPRODMASH-2023 exhibition was excellent - as always, positive. At the meetings regarding the films, important nuances were discussed that optimize interaction with clients. Today, the Atlantis-Pak brand has a responsible task: to reformat the market and break the stereotypical idea of ​​the ineffectiveness of thin films. Using the example of its products, the company proves that thin, technological materials for food packaging make it possible to cope with a lot of problems - both global and for each specific company. Nikolai Gushchin suggests that based on the results of the 2023 exhibition, Atlantis-Pak will develop new niches and expand the line of products that are most in demand among regular customers.

AGROPRODMASH is a huge platform for many personal meetings in a relatively short time. This year, quite expectedly, clients from Belarus and neighboring countries of Central Asia visited the Atlantis-Pak stand.

The result was summed up by Sales and Marketing Director Evgeniy Paramonenko. According to his observations, in 2023 there will be an increase in sales volumes of Atlantis-Pak permeable products. This is evidenced not only by shipments, but also by projects in development. For example, clients contacted the company who were not ready to give up fibrous casings, and now they are introducing the iCel line or have already switched to it. This is a very promising direction. In preparation for AGROPRODMASH, Atlantis-Pak sets itself various goals. It is important not only to show visitors improved products, but also to expand its presence in all areas of meat processing, cheese making, the dairy industry and the secondary packaging segment. Evgeny Paramonenko promised that the team will make every effort for further evolution in all directions.
