What are the dangers of beer for teenagers

Beer is especially dangerous for the young generation, a hallmark of which in the last three decades has become acceleration. This means that the rapid improvement in the physical development of boys and girls is markedly ahead of the mental. The increasing lability of the neuroendocrine system, accompanied at the same time by active puberty, makes the body of young people more vulnerable to many harmful environmental factors, including ALCOHOL and tobacco in the first place. The so-called normal dose of alcohol for adults, and this naturally applies to beer, will be super-threshold for the younger generation, and therefore much more toxic. And the peculiarities of the hypothalamus function play a great role in the development of predisposition and addiction to low alcohol beverages, for some of its specific formations are actively involved, as already mentioned, in the formation of ALCOHOLISM.

Now beer is readily available and relatively inexpensive. That is why even schoolchildren and students can afford to drink beer. Cocktails of all kinds, which contain practically none of the ingredients listed: no rum, no real gin and no natural juices, are not toys either. Many teenagers think that beer and cocktails are not dangerous, that they just change the mood for the better, do not interfere with thinking too much, allowing quite tolerable control over their bodies, and therefore do not cause a serious attitude. But, as it often turns out, after a couple of years of systematic consumption of these low-alcohol beverages it is no longer possible to live without alcohol.

So why is beer so dangerous for teenagers? Well, firstly, because it is easier for teenagers to make the first step towards drinking exactly with it, with beer - and this step is made by an increasing number of young people, both in our country and abroad, and unknowingly they themselves receive the harm of beer in all its evil manifestations. In order to walk around after school, drinking vodka, you still have to go through a lot - it's not for beginners. But with beer it's easy and simple. And since the psyche of teenagers is more mobile, the foundations of life are just being formed, the habit and then alcoholism comes more quickly.

Beer, according to many doctors working in the relevant field, is not less "aggressive" drink than vodka. After excessive intake of beer also significantly increases the level of aggression, which contributes to fights, showdowns. And attempts to relax, to relieve the tension often lead teenagers to promiscuous sexual relations, taking place without the necessary responsibility for the consequences. And this leads to unplanned pregnancies, again leading to quarrels, aggression and a desire to get drunk. Thus, the circle closes. The harm of beer is obvious.

Another factor in the harm of beer to men in general, and to teenagers in particular, is its hormone-like effect. When taking a lot of beer, the phytoestrogens contained in it, analogues of the female sex hormones, begin to affect the production of testosterone - the male sex hormone through the liver cells, reducing its production. The harm of beer is manifested in the fact that it leads not only to changes in the appearance of young men, but later to the impairment of potency and childbearing. Now, as we know, half of infertile marriages are such "because" of men - but the infertility is formed not one month and not one year, originating in the tumultuous adolescence.

At the same age the foundations of the phenomenon that exists in our country are laid. Namely, there is a big difference in the average age of life of women and men. The fact is that men in our country often do not live to see retirement because of heart disease, the number of which is much higher in the male part of the population. And this is where the harm of beer often plays a major role. And here is the thing. Drinking large quantities of beer - often drunk by the entire liter - causes a sharp increase in the volume of circulating blood. Of course, the kidneys, if they are still healthy, will pump it all out, but not immediately. But immediately the load on the heart increases sharply - hence the early hypertension, enlarged and flabby heart. And since men by nature have a heart more susceptible to all sorts of harm (women up to menopause estrogens protect the heart), the men who drink beer, more often receive heart attacks and other heart-related problems. Besides, calcium is needed for the operation of the heart, and it is precisely this calcium which is displaced from the heart muscle by the cobalt added to beer in order to increase its foaminess.

So, early familiarization with beer as a low-alcoholic, supposedly prestigious drink as a result turns to many teenagers in the near future and not a very bright trouble.
