How was the violation discovered?

  • The samples were collected at  a temporary storage warehouse in Artem  by a veterinarian.

  • The study was conducted at the request of the party owner.

Causes of infection

The presence of salmonella indicates:

  • violation of technological standards during production,

  • failure to comply with temperature conditions for storage and transportation,

  • insufficient sanitary control at the manufacturing plant.

Why is salmonella dangerous?

Bacteria remain viable even in frozen MEAT and die  only with thorough heat treatment .

  • The products were found  to be non-compliant  with technical regulations.

  • The data was entered into the  Vesta system  and sent to the research customer.
