December 27, MINSK. it is planned to build 30 dairy farms in the Minsk region in 2023. This was announced by the chairman of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee Alexander Turchin, BelTA has learned.
"This year, the agricultural industry has made significant progress. We received more than 2 million tons of grain and more than 2 million tons of MILK. And next year we have large-scale plans for the development of agriculture: we plan to build 30 new dairy farms. 20 of them are under construction thanks to the support of Minsk on behalf of the President, the remaining 10 - as part of the decree of the HEAD of state on the construction of 10 new farms in each region. Therefore, we have a lot of work to do next year," said Alexander Turchin.According to the chairman of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, things were ambiguous in the industry, but there were no obvious difficulties. "The main sectors and types of industry worked well. Our dairy and MEAT processing also showed good results and ensured production volumes, EXPORT sales and payment of wages," the governor emphasized.
The Minsk Oblast Executive Committee has big plans for the next year, Alexander Turchin noted. The leadership of the central region is confident in the further growth of the economy, which was demonstrated in the last quarter of this year. “Both the region and the whole country face ambitious tasks. This is especially true for attracting investments. To ensure them, an appropriate resource base is needed. Of course, “one district - one project” remains an equally important task.
