The Terra Food company has launched the production of two types of cheeses at once, which are made according to Italian technology - mozzarella and burrata TM Premialle.
This was reported by the press service of the company.“The uniqueness of new products for the Ukrainian market lies in the fact that this is a small-scale production of a product by a national manufacturer using handmade work, as in craft cheese dairies in Italy,” the message says.
it should be noted that mozzarella and burrata are produced at the Belotserkovsky Dairy Plant, the flagship enterprise of Terra Food. For the manufacture of products at the plant, a special workshop for dairy delicacies was launched. Its production facilities are designed to provide Ukrainians with real Italian mozzarella and burrata of exceptionally high quality. The novelties are made from extra class MILK.
Today, these two products are already presented in selected chain supermarkets in a glass package, weighing 125 grams.
