@ BeltaPlus Today we share a simple recipe for a hearty breakfast for everyone. Fragrant tender banana pancakes will charge you with energy for the whole day. Ingredients: 1.5 cups of
FLOUR;
3 teaspoons of baking powder;
2 tablespoons of
SUGAR;
1 teaspoon of
SALT;
3/4 cup
MILK;
1/2 cup sour cream;
2 chicken eggs;
1 pinch of vanillin;
1 ripe banana, sliced;
butter for cooking.
Preparation Technique: In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix
milk and sour cream. Add eggs and vanilla.
Combine all ingredients, mix until completely homogeneous.
Melt the butter in a large non-stick skillet. When the oil begins to foam, turn the heat down to medium and pour the pancake batter into the skillet.
Cook until the dough starts to bubble and the pancake is golden, about 3 minutes.
Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown on the other side.
Place banana slices on top of each cooked pancake.
