With the help of FSIS "Mercury" in the Voronezh region, the fact of the sale of livestock products of unknown origin was revealed

As part of the interaction with colleagues from the Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the Novosibirsk and Tomsk regions, officials of the department checked eVSD, issued by authorized persons of CENTER FOR INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IMPLEMENTATION LLC (Kurgan region).

it was established that from June 15 to July 3, these commissioners issued 42 production certificates for products allegedly manufactured at the site of Premium LLC (Voronezh) attached to TsVIT LLC.

After tracing the entire chain of veterinary and accompanying documents drawn up by authorized persons, the facts of registration of production VVD by adding false data to the production transactions "processing / production" were revealed. So, for example, an authorized person adds an entry to the product log about the product, allegedly accompanied by a paper VSD, indicating a non-existent document number, in order to introduce the goods into further circulation. It was also established that false information about the laboratory tests carried out was entered, and the records of the production log were combined.

Thus, during the specified period, 100.9 tons of products of unknown origin were put into circulation (99.2 tons of MEAT, 1.7 tons of fish and seafood delicacies). There are no incoming veterinary accompanying documents for the specified products.

Having left at the location of the site of Premium LLC, indicated in the issued eVSD, the inspectors of the department established that there is a complex of warehouses, metal reception, car service, and so on. There are no specialized premises equipped with refrigeration and freezing equipment necessary for the storage and sale of products. All this indicates that the enterprise is a phantom.

The above violations do not allow us to judge the real origin of the raw materials used in the production of food products, their quantity, quality and safety, which creates a threat of harm to the HEALTH and life of citizens. Deliberate introduction of deliberately false information into the executed transactions, on the basis of which production and then transport eVSD are formed, indicates the illegal introduction into circulation and legalization of raw materials of unknown origin.

Based on the results of the identified violations, the registration in the FSIS "Vetis.Passport" of authorized persons of LLC "CVIT" was canceled. The site was transferred to the status of a phantom site and excluded from the register of IS Cerberus.

Materials for taking measures on the fact of the introduction of products of unknown origin into circulation through the site of Premium LLC were transferred to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RUSSIA for the Voronezh Region, the Commission for Combating Illegal Circulation of Industrial Products in the Voronezh Region, as well as to the territorial Offices of the Rosselkhoznadzor, in whose jurisdiction products arrived .
