With the help of FSIS "Mercury", the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Republic of Bashkortostan identified products with an unreasonably extended shelf life

For example, on June 7, 2023, Mesyagutovsky MILK Canning Plant LLC produced 22.32 kg of Krestyanskoye butter with a shelf life of up to June 1, 2025. At the same time, the authorized person of the enterprise specified 3 batches of Krestyanskoye butter as raw materials in the production transaction, the expiration dates of which expire on April 10 and April 27, 2025, as well as May 5, 2025. Thus, Mesyagutovsky Milk Canning Plant LLC put into circulation dairy products with an expiration date extended by 52 days.

Also on June 9, 2023, the state veterinarian of the State Budgetary Institution "Sharansk District Veterinary Station of the Republic of Bashkortostan", serving an individual entrepreneur, in the production of beef dumplings in the amount of 4 kg with a shelf life of up to August 7, 2023, used identical products as raw materials with a shelf life of up to September 7 2023. Thus, the state veterinarian unreasonably extended the shelf life of semi-finished MEAT products by 1 month.

it should be emphasized that the committed violations can lead to the release into circulation of low-quality and potentially dangerous products.

In all identified cases, notifications of violations were sent to authorized persons of economic entities through the FSIS "VetIS.Passport". On violations committed by veterinary specialists, a letter was sent to the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Veterinary Medicine.

At the same time, economic entities and state veterinarians have been warned against violating mandatory requirements.
