The Miratorg company launched the Bakery project in 2020. The plant, equipped primarily with automated lines, produced various types of baked goods: baguettes, ciabattas, burger buns, cupcakes, muffins, croissants and puff pastries. A new addition to the range are premium desserts, which are made by hand, the statement says.
Desserts can be divided into several types, namely: cakes, tarts, mousses and eclairs, the company said. Thus, the cakes in the new premium line are classic French desserts, including the famous Paris-Brest - a dessert made from choux pastry and custard with praline flavor, Chu Vanilla - a delicate custard with cream and vanilla, as well as Frezier and Opera cakes.
The second direction of the line is tarts with different flavors: pecan-caramel, blueberry, chocolate-caramel, raspberry, lemon with meringue, strawberry, chocolate-lemon. The line includes three types of mousses: tropical, caramel nut, three chocolates, as well as eclairs - vanilla and chocolate.
“Before launching restaurant-quality desserts, we conducted research, studying popular formats and flavors that meet the needs of a wide audience. For the premium line , premium FLOUR , butter with a fat content of 82.5%, natural cream, Belgian chocolate, as well as fruits and berries are used . New items can already be tried in our Miratorg supermarket chain, and we expect that for our customers in the HoReCa segment this ready-made solution will allow them to diversify their dessert menu,” commented the press service of ABH Miratorg.
