Lines for meat processing and production of polymers: Which investors can enter the special economic zone of Orsk

Two investors expressed their desire to enter the Special Economic Zone being created in Orsk on the territory of a former tractor trailer factory with an area of ​​about 180 hectares. 

The main stages of creating an economic zone are determined:

2021-2022 – design; 2022-2023 – construction of infrastructure; 2024 - start of production.

At the same time, points of connection to all necessary resources are already equipped on the territory. However, many buildings, structures and communications are planned to be rebuilt in accordance with all modern standards.

There are already two investors who are ready to enter the Orsk economic zone:

the first project is related to the production and packaging of polymer-bitumen binders; the second - with the production of automatic lines for deep processing of MEAT.

The total amount of investments may reach 323 million rubles. The projects will create about 85 new jobs. 

Recall that residents of the economic zone will receive tax benefits: they are exempt from almost all payments, except for income tax, but it will be 2% for 5 years.
