Miratorg, a leading full-cycle agro-industrial holding in the Russian Federation, presented its products at the Food-Expo exhibition, which was held in Crocus from March 19 to 21, 2024 . The company once again treated guests to products of its own production.

The holding presented sausage products: sausages and frankfurters of various methods of preparation, both in accordance with GOST and TU , as well as Sukhinichi meat snacks, which have already found their many fans.

The company offered a large selection of high-quality and healthy ready-made food, both chilled and frozen. The range of ready-made meals includes complete diets for people who do not want or cannot cook at home. Freshly baked pastries and a new line of premium desserts are inspired by classic French recipes. In 2020, Miratorg launched a bakery with the most modern equipment. Only natural raw materials are used for baking and bread, which is why the bread has an alluring aroma and excellent taste. The bakery produces bread of varying degrees of readiness, frozen semi-finished products for finishing in the oven, for which special packaging is provided that preserves the freshness of the product for a month and a half on the shelf at +18°C or a year at -18°C due to blast freezing. To prepare desserts, the company uses premium FLOUR, butter with a fat content of 82.5%, natural cream, Belgian chocolate, as well as fruits and berries .

The highlight of the exhibition podium, of course, was meat! Steaks from Black Angus bulls of a high grade of marbling, including dry aging (Dry Aged), are beloved and well recognized on the shelves of any stores. Veal from Miratorg is a dietary meateight-month-old bulls, containing a small amount of fat, but at the same time rich in microelements and vitamins, has a soft structure and bright taste. Dorper lamb is tender meat from four-month-old lambs. Due to the characteristics of the breed and special growing conditions, this meat, unlike traditional lamb, has a light and unobtrusive aroma.
