Growth will occur through the implementation of investment projects, the largest of which is the global reconstruction of the Chistogorsky pig farm in the Novokuznetsk region. In 2021, 39 thousand tons of products were produced there. In 2022, it is planned to reach the planned capacity of 45 thousand tons, which will allow another 1.5 times to increase pork production in Kuzbass.
In 2020, the enterprise underwent modernization: in the premises where the animals were kept, disinfection was carried out with a “hot fog” (finely dispersed formalin solution), ceilings were replaced, all engineering communications were re-laid, automatic feeding and water supply systems were replaced, and a partial update of the systems was carried out. microclimate support. Employees of the enterprise participated in the renovation: animal care operators, locksmiths, electricians, and management personnel helped to clean up the production premises. For the period of reconstruction, not only wages were kept, but additional material incentives were introduced. As a result, it was possible to retain the staff and create additional new jobs: today, about a thousand employees work here.
In 2021, the pig farm started working. The livestock was completely renewed, now it is 230 thousand heads. Breeders of the Novokuznetsk region raise pigs of bacon breeds: Landrace, Duroc, Large White.
The pig complex is a full-cycle production enterprise: it produces its own feed for pigs, independently produces finished products, which are supplied to the distribution networks of Kuzbass and other regions of the Russian Federation. In addition, the construction of its own feed mill is being completed at Chistogorsky.
