Udmurtia is preparing to enter the international market of halal products

Udmurtia in 2021 increased the EXPORT of agricultural products by almost a quarter compared to 2020. Producers of the republic do not slow down - today they are preparing to conquer new global agricultural markets, to export halal MEAT products.
The first exporter of halal food products produced in Udmurtia promises to be Udmurt Poultry Farm LLC, which operates as part of the KOMOS GROUP agricultural holding. The other day it passed the audit according to the Halal standard.
The enterprise was visited by representatives of the Kyrgyz company "Abroy" together with specialists from the Halal Standard Committee. They checked the site for compliance with the necessary conditions for the production of halal products. Foreign guests were convinced of the high level of organization of the work of the Udmurt poultry farm and the quality of products manufactured here, and expressed confidence in further cooperation.
Udmurt Poultry Farm shipped products to Kyrgyzstan for the first time in December 2021. Frozen semi-finished products from poultry meat - minced meat, fillets, and other products with a total weight of 20 tons were delivered to Bishkek.
In general, it is planned that in 2022 the volume of exports of agricultural products of Udmurtia will amount to 13.0 million US dollars. Over the past period, Udmurt enterprises supplied products to foreign markets for a total of 6.15 million US dollars, against the designated planned 6.0 million US dollars. The growth rate against the level of 2020 was 22.5%.
In the new year, they are actively developing to export products to such countries as Egypt, Jordan, Sudan, Oman, Morocco, Turkey, Georgia, Austria, Czech Republic, Vietnam, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary.
