The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Mari El discussed issues of labor protection before the start of spring field work

This topic was devoted to a seminar-meeting with specialists in labor protection of agricultural enterprises of the Republic of Mari El.
The seminar, organized by the Republican Ministry of Agriculture and Food, was attended by specialists from the Department of Labor and Employment of the Republic, the Republican State Labor Inspectorate, the regional branch of the Social Insurance Fund and the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers.
Topical issues of carrying out the main organizational and technical measures for labor protection before the start of spring field work, compliance with security requirements, violations that caused accidents in the industry, changes in Labor legislation, compulsory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases.
Occupational safety specialists are recommended to intensify work to improve working conditions and labor protection, reduce industrial injuries and occupational diseases in accordance with the requirements of labor legislation and regulatory requirements for labor protection.
