At the beginning of June 2022, a new drug produced by the Federal Center for Animal HEALTH subordinate to the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR was registered - the vaccine against infectious rhinitis of chickens inactivated emulsion AviKor-3. Registration certificate number 12-1-14.22-4890 No. PVR-1-14.22/03730.

As a result of many years of scientific research, the specialists of the FGBI "ARRIAH" managed to create a drug that meets the requirements of universality, safety and efficacy. The vaccine is intended for the prevention of infectious rhinitis of chickens caused by bacteria Avibacterium paragallinarum serogroups A, B and C in breeding and commercial poultry farms for egg and MEAT production. The vaccine causes the formation of an immune response in birds to pathogens of infectious rhinitis of chickens of all known serogroups 3 weeks after vaccination, lasting at least 6 months.

When analyzing the epizootic situation in the Russian Federation, it can be said that polyvalent, universal, imported vaccines are often ineffective when used in poultry farms in the Russian Federation, since the circulating field pathogens differ in biological properties from the strains used in imported vaccines. The above vaccine "AviKor-3" was produced from formaldehyde-inactivated bacterial cells isolated in the Russian Federation: strains of Avibacterium paragallinarum serogroup A strain No. 6261, serogroup B strain No. 5111 and serogroup C strain No. 1919 (30%) with the addition of an adjuvant - Montanide ISA (70%). The safety and efficacy of AviKor-3 was proven during preclinical trials at the FGBI ARRIAH and clinical trials under industrial conditions at poultry farms in the country.
