Realtors named new buildings in Moscow with maximum discounts on housing

The size of discounts in the capital's residential complexes in March reaches 15%.This discount is offered in three new buildings

Residential complexes Akvilon BESIDE (Nizhny Novgorod, South-Eastern Administrative District), Akvilon Mitino (Mitino, SZAO) and Teatralny Kvartal (Shchukino, SZAO) became the leaders in the rating of new buildings in Moscow with the largest discounts in March, calculated for RBC-Nedvizhimost analysts at Est-a-Tet.

In all three LCDs, the discount reaches 15% of the original cost, realtors say. The average price of 1 square. m in Akvilon BESIDE is 355.2 thousand rubles, and the minimum cost of the lot is 8.1 million rubles. In Akvilon Mitino, a "square" costs 285.8 thousand rubles, and a lot - 7.2 million rubles. In the "Teatralny Quarter" the price of 1 sq. m is 458.4 thousand rubles, the minimum cost of the lot is 16.8 million rubles.

The number of new buildings with maximum discounts on housing in March also includes the residential complex "Talisman on Rokossovsky" (Bogorodskoye, VAO), where the average price of 1 sq. m is 343.4 thousand rubles, the minimum cost of the lot is 9.1 million rubles. The size of discounts in this complex reaches 12%.

Discounts of up to 10% are offered in Level Prichalny residential complex (Khoroshevo-Mnevniki, SZAO) and Glorax Aura Belorusskaya (Begovoy, SAO). In other residential complexes from the rating, the maximum discount is 7%.
