From November 23, QR codes will be required when boarding air transport in all directions of the Kamchatka Territory, as well as on part of intercity bus routes. This was announced on Wednesday, November 3, by the HEAD of the region, Vladimir Solodov, in an address to residents.
This refers to a QR code obtained using the specialized application “Gosuslugi. Stopcoronavirus, which confirms that a person has received the second component of the vaccine or the one-component coronavirus vaccine. Travel and flight will be allowed upon presentation of a certificate of a recovered person (or a QR code that confirms this), if no more than six months have passed since the date of recovery. If there are contraindications to vaccination, a certificate must be presented, the press service of the government of the Kamchatka Territory clarifies.

“Starting from November 23, we will introduce this tool for intermunicipal transportation by both air and ground transport. it will avoid the need for testing before each flight or trip, but at the same time it will ensure safety for those who will move between our areas,” Solodov said.
