Problems with the storage and burial of the dead began in the Vologda region

Governor Oleg Kuvshinnikov spoke about this live on his VK page. He stressed that it is not customary to talk about such things from the TV screen. According to the governor, the situation in the region is critical. There are problems with burials, and the pathoanatomical services cannot cope with the rapidly increasing workload. Their capacity will be expanded through the purchase of new equipment, including for the storage of the dead.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, almost 2,000 people have died in the region from exacerbations caused by CORONAVIRUS infection. It is precisely because of the current situation that decisions are being made on new restrictive measures, such as mandatory vaccination of certain categories of citizens and the introduction of QR codes in the region in order to somehow stop the development of the infection, 99% of which is the Indian strain of covid-19.

By the way, 50 regions of RUSSIA have already introduced or are going to introduce compulsory vaccination on their territory, so the Vologda Oblast is not the first here.
