At the award ceremony of the III Republican competition "Leaders of the Digital Economy - 2024", which took place on December 17, awards were presented to the winners. "E-Pasluga" is more than 600 services in various fields: real estate and insurance, medicine and education, ecology, customs, etc. The owner of a smartphone equipped with NFC, using an ID card, can log in to the mobile application "E-Pasluga" and gain access to the digital world of electronic services. UP "Vitebskoblgaz" 3rd degree diploma in the category "Energy" for the presented product "Smart assistant "Alena". "Alena" is a personal consultant, ready to answer various questions thanks to a high-tech dialogue management system. She effectively performs routine tasks, significantly reducing the workload on personnel and, if necessary, transferring complex requests to operators. The system analyzes all dialogues with consumers, identifying key topics of requests, emotional coloring of conversations and their compliance with scripts. OOO CHAMPION SYSTEM First degree diploma in the category "Trade and services for the population" for the presented product "Software product "OPTIMA". "OPTIMA" is a modern multifunctional software created to automate key business processes in trade, logistics and production. The program covers a full cycle of operations: from accounting of goods and inventory management to sales and delivery. The main features include automation of warehouse operations, control of purchases and deliveries, as well as flexible assortment management. Nomination "Software and hardware product of the year" NP OOO "BERLIO" First degree diploma in the category "Trade and services for business" for the product "Electronic payment system "Berlio". Electronic payment system "Berlio" is registered in the register of payment systems of the NATIONAL BANK of the Republic of Belarus . The participants of the EPS "Berlio" are IOOO "RN-ZAPAD", IOOO "Tatbelnefteprodukt", "LUKOIL Belarus", SOOO "United Company", IOOO "Gazpromneft-Belnefteprodukt", ODO "Astotrading",ZAO Medtekhnika and others. OOO "Sberbank" 

Diploma of the 3rd degree in the category "Banking and financial activities" for the product "Algorithm for issuing cash Float notes".
Float notes is a new algorithm for issuing cash for self-service devices of the recycler type - self-service devices that allow not only to withdraw funds, but also to deposit cash, which can then be used by other clients without the participation of the bank's cash desk.

This significantly increases the efficiency of the banking infrastructure and convenience for users.
JSC Savushkin Product
First-degree winner's diploma in the Food Industry category for the product "Hardware and software complex for stacking, packaging and labeling".
More than 5 thousand tons of MILK are processed daily at the 7 production sites of JSC Savushkin Product, and more than 5 million units of finished products are produced.

More than 90 hardware and software complexes solve the problems of automating the stacking, packaging and labeling of products. The most common solutions have been implemented at the production sites in Bereza, Pinsk and Orsha.

JSC AGAT - Control Systems - the management company of the Geoinformation Control Systems holding
First-degree winner's diploma in the Mechanical Engineering category for the product "Multifunctional emergency services call device UVS-M".
UVS-M is designed to implement numerous functions in the process of emergency response to an accident and monitoring the location of a vehicle, and is used in all types of transport intended for the carriage of passengers (category M) and cargo (category N). The company is the only developer and manufacturer of UVS-M in the Republic of Belarus. OOO TEKHNIKON Diploma of the 1st degree winner in the category "Industrial production" for the product "CNC system "Servodynamics". Numerical control systems "Servodynamics" (NCS) are designed for automated control of machine tool operation and machining by machine tool according to a program specified by the NCS. NCS are used as part of multi-coordinate machining centers, milling, turning,grinding and special machines. Nomination "Digital Service of the Year" OJSC "Belagroprombank"
 






2nd degree winner's diploma in the "Banking and financial activities" category for the "Remote sales channels" product.
Remote sales channels provide customers with an opportunity to apply for a banking product using modern digital technologies without visiting the bank's office, presenting only an identity document and spending a minimum amount of time on it.
In turn, the bank's partners get the opportunity to sell their products (goods) using the bank's financial instruments.

UP "IVC of the Ministry of Finance"
1st degree winner's diploma in the "Banking and financial activities" category for the "Workflow.by service for the exchange and storage of legally significant electronic documents" product.
The Workflow.by cloud service provides an opportunity to create, sign electronic documents using an electronic digital signature issued by the State Public Key Management System for Verifying Electronic Digital Signatures of the Republic of Belarus, and transfer them to counterparties.

Sberbank OJSC  

2nd degree diploma in the "Banking and financial activities" category for the "Credit potential" product.
"Credit Potential" is a technology that allows, based on a client's application, to receive a decision on the possibility of providing a loan with an indication of the available amount in terms of credit products.

This is a service for the client that allows determining the maximum loan amount based on his income and credit load for all credit products in the Sberbank Online system.

UP "MINGAZ"
2nd degree diploma in the category "Ecology and environmental protection" for the product "Software" Ecologist".
Software "Ecologist" is a web application designed to automate environmental accounting, optimize the process of collecting and analyzing information, systematize document flow.
It solves the problems of automating the accounting of production waste, calculating and accounting for emissions into the atmosphere, processes of accounting for water consumption and water disposal, the process of training specialists.

Branch "PSDTU" RUE "Grodnoenergo"

1st degree diploma in the category "Power engineering" for the project "Integrated automated control system of RUE Grodnoenergo".
IASU is an integrated automated control system for the production and economic activities of RUE Grodnoenergo.

The objects of automation within the framework of the development and implementation of the IACS are all branches and the management apparatus of RUE "Grodnoenergo".
The IACS will perform the role of a comprehensive information management system.

UP "MINSKOBLGAZ"
Diploma of the 3rd degree in the category "Transport and logistics" for the project "MONTRANS DVR driver condition monitoring system".
For the first time, the high-tech Montrans DVR system has been implemented in the vehicles of UP "MINSKOBLGAZ", which helps drivers avoid accidents, and the enterprise saves on fuel, consumables and repairs, as well as avoid controversial situations when considering incidents.
The main economic factor is transport safety on the roads of the Republic of Belarus, saving human lives.
