Reference.

The nominal accrued average monthly salary includes income tax and the mandatory insurance contribution of the employee. Employers' contributions to employees' social insurance are not included in the average wage. The average earnings are determined by Belstat specialists by dividing the salary fund accrued to employees of the organization, including income tax and the mandatory insurance contribution of the employee, for the reporting period by the number of employees of the organization and by the number of months in the period.
