November 20, MINSK. Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Vadim Shagoiko, in a project on the BelTA YouTube channel, spoke about plans to fulfill the instructions of the HEAD of state to receive $8 billion from agricultural exports.

"We have a significant reserve for creating EXPORT potential. That is, we have the opportunity to feed our livestock, produce a significant amount of MILK, MEAT and sell them for export to countries that need and are ready to pay for this product," said Vadim Shagoiko.

Answering the question of whether the order of the President of the country on making a profit from exports of $8 billion will be fulfilled, Vadim Shagoiko noted: “The task costs $8 billion. The Deputy Minister also drew attention to the fact that today the indicators that characterize the export of agricultural products have increased by more than a quarter compared to the corresponding period last year. "Therefore, the trend continues and no decline is expected. With this pace, we are moving into the new year," he said.

The project was created at the expense of targeted collection for the production of national content.
