May 4, Grodno. In the Grodno region, creamy margarine without MILK was found on sale. This was reported to BelTA in the department of state supervision of the city of Lida of the Grodno regional inspection of the State Standard.

Russian-made products were identified during an inspection in one of the stores in the Korelichi district. Creamy hard margarine brand MT "Rumyantsev and Co" with a mass fraction of total fat of 40% (150 g packaging) did not comply with the technical regulations of the Customs Union for oil and fat products, as well as in terms of labeling.

"In the labeling of the name of food products, it is not allowed to indicate the components if they or their processed products are not part of the product. However, the manufacturer called the margarine creamy, although neither milk nor even products of its processing are included in the composition," the State Standard Inspectorate said. .

The State Committee for Standardization of Belarus issued an order to ban the import and withdrawal of hazardous products from circulation. Also, documents on conformity assessment have been terminated on the territory of the country.
