September 8, Mogilev. According to the claim of the prosecutor of the Dribinsky district, those responsible for spoiling first-grade MILK will pay Br4.5 thousand as compensation for damage. The corresponding decision was made in the interests of the agricultural enterprise, BelTA was told by the information service of the prosecutor's office of the Mogilev region.

In July 2023, 6.55 tons of non-marketable milk were returned to the dairy complex due to increased acidity. As a result, the farm had to dispose of it. The product was damaged due to violations of technological requirements caused by improper performance of labor duties by the company's laboratory assistant, as well as the lack of control over its work by responsible officials.

The defendants in the lawsuit were the manager, foreman and laboratory assistant of the agro-industrial complex enterprise. They did not voluntarily compensate for the damage, and the prosecutor, on the basis of Articles 400, 402 and 404 of the Labor Code, filed a lawsuit to recover in favor of the farm the amount of damage caused by the return and disposal of milk.

The Dribinsky District COURT satisfied the prosecutor's claims in full. The court decision has not entered into legal force, therefore it can be appealed and appealed.
