Fresh dairy products are

The output of fresh dairy products is no longer growing and it seems that whole MILK producers are not striving to increase it. The struggle for raw materials has ceased. The reason is a reduction in retail orders and a general decline in consumer demand. – PioneerProduct

Not the last role in this reduction is played by the desire of manufacturers to increase prices and curtail promotional sales. But even in such conditions, producers intend to continue to increase prices for fresh dairy products. The main positions for December look like this:

milk 2.5%, film - 27.0-28.5 UAH / l

kefir 2.5%, film - 30.5-32.5 UAH / l

sour cream 15%, film - 68-73 UAH / kg

cottage cheese 9% - 115-130 UAH / kg

The decline in the production of fresh dairy products concerns only high-margin products. Even the output of cottage cheese products last month decreased to 7.1 thousand tons. Fermented milk products were bottled in October and were completely 10% less compared to last year (33 thousand tons).

At the same time, milk production figures have been growing for two months in a row. In November, it was again packed by 9% more (43 thousand tons). But it is unlikely that the annual figure will be more than in 2020.
