Rabobank expects a positive development of the dairy market by mid-2021

Rabobank, in its latest quarterly report, notes that the dairy market expects a clearer and more encouraging future in the coming months.

According to Rabobank analysts, by the middle of the year there will be a return to the usual patterns of consumer behavior all over the world. Experts note that the return will not be as smooth as we would like, but will be one of the factors that will support the market.

In the short term, demand for MILK imports in CHINA is increased, but it will decrease in the second half of 2021, Rabobank notes. In addition,  milk prices in China in the domestic market have peaked and are expected to decline further.

According to analysts, the ongoing vaccination will have a positive impact on markets around the world from the middle of the year, which will lead to a gradual recovery of economies.
