January 17, MINSK. In 2021, the production of rural products in farms of all categories (in agricultural organizations, peasant (farm) farms, households) amounted to Br25 billion, or 95.8% in comparable prices compared to 2020, BelTA learned from the National Statistical Committee.

Agricultural organizations produced products worth Br21.1 billion, or 96.8% in comparable prices compared to the previous year.

The largest share in the total volume of agricultural production is occupied by Minsk (26.1%) and Brest (20.5%) regions, followed by Grodno (16.6%), Gomel (13.2%), Vitebsk (11, 9%) and Mogilevskaya (11.6%).

Farms of all categories produced 1786.7 thousand tons of livestock and poultry in live weight, 7819.7 thousand tons of MILK, 3530.8 million eggs. Agricultural organizations account for 96.1% of the republican production of livestock and poultry in live weight, 97% of milk and 85% of eggs.
